Once your order has been processed, shipping times are as follows:

• UK: 2-5 business days
• International 5-10 business days

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately. we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or stollen packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the courier directly.
